When I was 14, I left school to teach myself. In trying to work on my own habits, I discovered personal development, and started sharing what I learned through self-improvement videos on YouTube.
I later started university early to study Math and Statistics, where I became deeply interested in AI, especially from a safety point of view. That led me to conduct research in domains such as cybersecurity and defence.
Wanting my university experience to feel a bit like The Social Network, I worked on startups, from turning jewellery designs into NFTs for authentication, to building a platform that lets you bet on goals with your friends.
These experiences led me to San Francisco, where I attended Y Combinator's AI Startup School. Surrounded by builders from across the world, I met the leaders shaping the future of AI.
Soon after, I found myself in a castle in Germany, surrounded by 39 other founders, taking part in Entrepreneurs First: The Bridge. There, I co-founded a startup that used AI to capture and preserve memories that might've otherwise been forgotten. This sparked my curiosity in how technology could extend human capabilities.
I'm now exploring how AI can inform our understanding of cognition, and subsequently be used to help us learn more about ourselves.
The purpose of this site is a space to share what I'm learning, building, and thinking. I hope you find it interesting.
